Lotsa brainiacs are immersed in attempting to sculpt an Immigration bill that would attract the support of
“at least 60 senators” [per Schumer’s self-serving pronouncement], which is intended to assume that
some sort of compromise would be proffered to “attract” Dem support. To the contrary, the appropriate
paradigm is to “seek common-ground” by invoking what The White House has reaffirmed as a deal that
could encompass DACA as long as it includes the Trump administration’s immigration principles, which
include:

• Construction of a border wall {security barrier}

• Deporting unaccompanied alien children who are not at-risk in their native country
• Preventing criminal illegal aliens and gang members from receiving immigration benefits
• Mandating E-Verify, which weeds out illegal aliens from taking U.S. jobs
• Eliminating the diversity visa lottery
• Classifying overstaying a visa as a “misdemeanor”
• Restricting certain federal grants to sanctuary cities that refuse to detain criminal illegal aliens
• Ending family-based chain migration
• Enacting a merit-based legal immigration where only qualified immigrants can enter the U.S.

Consider, for a moment, the issue of Chain Migration dispassionately; whereas MSNBC's Joy Reid claims
many Trumpsters are spawns Of "Chain Migration" and, therefore, should support it, a new Harvard-Harris
survey revealed that 80% of Americans Would supplant it with Merit-Based Legal Immigration, a viewpoint
that is consistent with that of The Donald. Indeed, “enacting an amnesty for roughly 700,000 DACA
beneficiaries is likely to add double that number in additional immigrants because of chain migration, as
the amnesty beneficiaries sponsor their parents and other family members. Congress could mitigate the
chain migration impact of a DACA amnesty by eliminating and/or scaling back the three main categories
of chain migration (parents, adult sons and daughters, and siblings of citizens). It is also mandatory that
nothing should empower lawyers/advocates for M-13 gangsters to evade prompt deportation.
Applying these principles to a phased-in program, The Donald should propose that the security-barrier be
constructed ASAP via the White House Infrastructure Plan [which encompasses inter alia
land/water/rural/transportation components], invoking also how NEW YORK CITY IS TO SPEND
$50,000,000 ON “SECURITY INFRASTRUCTURE,” INCLUDING 1,500 STEEL STREET BARRIERS; indeed, if any

capacity would be accommodated by this model.

The principles employed in construction of the physical-barrier would be consistent with Israel’s plan for
a 40-mile underground wall around Gaza, which military officials said will once-and-for-all stop Hamas
from burrowing attack-tunnels into Israeli territory and which is expected to have been completed within
two years. Underground sensors will detect any future tunnels while a 9-meter tall fence will prevent
crossings overground; Israeli officials refused to specify the below-ground depth of the wall but, in some
places, it may be up to 100 meters. The wall/fence/surveillance barrier must first be constructed and
proven to be effective; this should be easily accomplished, for U.S. tactical teams have spent weeks trying
