cases under this Module.

Choose 2 cases for each section and


discuss the important issues,
doctrines or principles of your
chosen cases focusing on the saleint
points/ruling of the Supreme Court.

If there is only 1 case assigned for a


particular section, the you only need
to discuss that 1 case but you have
to identity all the issues, doctrines or
principles discussed in that case.

The Assignment must be uploaded


in canvas or emailed to my official
UC email address: mscabuhat@uc–

Notes:

• I have uploaded a Primer on Federalism that students may use as a guide for the
Position and Reflection Paper on Charter Change. Students are encouraged to
conduct their own legal research on this topic and cite relevant reference materials in
support of their position and expound on their perspctives on Charter Change.

• For Module 6, I will upload some reference materials on this topic by next week and
YouTube links on lectures and the arbitration proceedings that students may be
interested to watch to further enrich their knowledge and awareness on the South
China Sea territorial issue/s.
