    METHOD STATEMENT

    PHASE - 2
    Purpose: Concreting Work

    Checking; Before Concreting


     Shuttering / Reinforcement work
     Pour card to be signed by consultant

    Procedure

     Concrete Mixing by Batching Plant.


     Concrete Transported By Transit Mixer ( Batching Plant To Work
    Area)
     Concrete Pouring Manually (Using Scaffolding, Staging Tappa
    Platform).
     Electrical vibrator will be used for compaction of concrete.

    Equipment Used

    Batching Plant, Transit Mixer, Electrical Vibrator.Etc.


    Safety Measures

     PPE’S will be provided to all work men.


     Full body Safety Harness to be provided for those who are working at
    height above 2mtrs.
     Proper access for vehicle movements.
     ladder for entry & exit Purpose.
     Continuous supervision.
     All Machinery, Equipments Are to Certified by relevant authorized
    person
     All Tappas should be well Clamp led & Fixing Handrail , Midrail
