Technical Specifications of Cuplock Scaffolding Platform:
1. Size of the Cuplock Scaffolding shall be 9m x 4m x 2m
(Height:9m, Length: 4m, Breath: 2m)
2. Size of Cuplock verticals/ standards shall be of 48.3 mm O.D. x 3.2 mm thick x 3000 mm length.
The cup joints are at
every 500mm intervals. The inbuilt movable top cups are made for rough site handling.The
welded bottom cups are
made from high grade steel.Integral spigots are 150mm long and are provided at the top of each
standard for making
upright connections.The base and the spigots of every standard have 16mm diameter holes which
enables use of locking
pins to secure the standards wherever necessary.
3. Size of Cuplock Ledger / Horizontal shall be 48.3 mm O.D x 3.2 mm thick x 2000 mm length. it
has forged steel blade
ends which fitted into the bottom cups of the standards/ verticals and are secured in place by the
corresponding top
cups.
4. Adjustable base jack 600mm length with 4 TPI ACME/ square thread, 150x150x6 mm GI flat
base plate with heavy duty
nuts of double handle.
5. Light weight Galvanized steel scaffolding battens and planks(0.3 mtr width x 2 meter length)
which can be split into pieces and provide
as per required quantity of 2x4m scaffolding platform.
6. Heavy duty Scaffolding Caster wheels to fit into the bottom of a Standard. It features a swivel
facility and a dual

function locking mechanism which locks both swivel and rolling motion of the Castor.
7. Aluminium Ladder 3 mtr height along with ladder fixing clamps.

11. All material shall be as per IS 1239/1161 conforming to scaffolding standard.
