1 The Quantity Stated Above is Not Guaranteed Material Quantity and Still Subject to Clients Final Quantity Survey and Checking
2 All Prices are Subject to Change Without Prior Notice, All Prices are 12% VAT Included, FOB Manila Delivery Only
3 Delivery Lead Time : 15 - 30 Working Days for Ex-Stock and 60 - 90 Working Days For Product Subject to Production, Fabrication and
Importation from the Date Receipt of Down Payment, Shop Drawing & Technical Specification Approval and / or Issuance of Purchase Order
4 Warranty : Product Warranty will be based on the Product Offered and Separate Warranty Terms and Conditions will be Issued For Wood
and Related Products : 6 Months, For Door Hardware and Accessories : As Per Standard Manufacturers Warranty Clauses and For Plumbing Fixtures
, Showers, Faucets and Accessories : As Per Standard Manufacturers Warranty Clause and Terms. Once Product Delivered has been Inspected and
the Customer releases JMSCENTERPRISES INC. for any liability and the Customer assumes and held liable for the items delivered to the Customers
Defects arising from abuse, misuse, tampering, improper maintenance, improper storage, warehousing, improper installation, improper hauling, repair
by Authorized Personnel and / or force majure such as fire, earthquake, flood, strong winds, typhoon, excessive rains, high humidity, high and low
temperature, abnormal environment and site conditions and Acts of God are Excluded From the Warranty.
5 In case of Non Payment of this Contract the Customer and JMSCENTERPRISES have both agrees to be present themselves voluntray for any
abritation of disputes due to Non Payment.
6 This Price Quotation shall automatically form part of the Agreement Between the Customer and JMSCENTERPRISES Inc.
7 If in case the Customer wishes to cancel its order the Customer hereby agrees to pay JMSCENTERPRISES Inc. 50% of the Contract Amount as
liquidated damages fees.
