Session-10

• Feedback Analysis of Drive

– Questions for Discussion
Driving Session

• D-1: Drive on track: to understand dynamic load transfer, acceleration

performance, torque and speed, squatting, braking, panic braking, diving
position
• D-2: Driving Experience-If possible with accelerometers mounted on the
vehicle appropriately, driving vehicle on different road unevenness,
recording accelerations, demonstrating comfort and road holding, loosing
steering control
• D-3: Experiencing handling, demonstrating understeer and oversteer,
transient handling like step steering, effect of centrifugal forces, measuring
load on axles while cornering
• D-4: Overview of SPMM (Suspension Parameter Measurement Machine)
facilities (In parallel)
• ISO- Handling Tests Roll over Test, Fish hook Test-home work
