Terms & Conditions

Payment to be made in favour of TechTie Limited.

All prices are excluding 5% VAT & Taxes.
50 % of Development charge is in advance along with Work Order.
Rest 50 % after live operation.
Monthly charges should be cleared within first 7 days in every month.
Project Completion Time – 60 working days after proposal and advance payment.
The Organization will provide all the softcopy of the contents & picture during the
development.
Extra graphics animation & Flash development will cost extra on the basis of client
requirements.
This proposal is valid for 30 days only.
Additional pages, dynamic modules and flash animations will cost extra charges.
E-Commerce Site Maintenance Period will start once the project has been handed over the
package will consist of E-Commerce Site monitoring, restoration/backup of E-Commerce Site
and updates to the existing E-Commerce Site only.
Service Termination Clause: 3 Months prior notice in writing to TechTie Limited. TechTie’s will
have the right to terminate this contract if TechTie’s security or goodwill is at stake due to this

E-Commerce Site Maintenance Request: request for maintenance needs to be treated over
mail, to ensure better documentation of the task carried out every month.

Friday and Saturday are weekly holidays; therefore, maintenance request made on those
days will be forwarded to the next working day (Sunday).

Every E-Commerce Site maintenance request will be treated with a specific deadline in
written from TechTie limited to accomplish, however, deadline may not be addressed, in
cases of reasons beyond TechTie’s control (Act of God: extreme bad weather situation etc).
