 1. Preparation:  I create a custom implementation plan designed to your specifications. The
plan identifies any technical issues that need to be addressed, establishes key goals and
deadlines, and creates specific action steps to ensure appropriate progress at each phase of
the process.

2. Data Conversion: This process can be handled by you or me. Most customers convert their
own data.

3. Training/Testing:  I thoroughly train all users on the system and test your data to ensure
that everything is working properly.

4. Going Live:  I provide hands-on supervision and support as you activate my powerful ERP
system.

I will also help you develop an implementation audit to track progress against the plan. This audit will
ask questions related to the general areas of security, menu, help, training and conversion, as well as
specific modules such as inventory, sales and operations. It also provides an excellent tool for measuring
how well your employees are learning the software during the training phase and for identifying
potential bottlenecks in the implementation process.

Training Steps

The steps that need to be taken to ensure the success of web based software in an organization are as
follows:
 Hands On: I deliver end-user training through a blended learning approach. Web based software
transactional training is always delivered within the context of the end user’s business process
and role. A user friendly template is used to teach end-users business process, related business
rules and web based software transactions. The training consists of web based software
overview and navigation training, business process training (role-based) and basic web based
software transactional training (role-based). Instructor-led classes are supported by on-line
learning content and pre-and post assessments.

All end-user training can be reinforced through walk-in workshops and coaching sessions.

 Virtual/Web Based Instructor Led: This is a real-time, instructor led class that is provided
through the use of internet technologies. The students and instructor share a “classroom” space
through the use of a web based training tool and voice connection. Most of these classes also
include access to “remote lab” equipment to facilitate letting students get hands-on practice
where necessary

  Video Teleconferencing: This type of training utilizes video teleconferencing systems. In general,
this type of delivery is only available to organizations that already have a video teleconference
system in place.

Many back guaranty

1st party provides 15 days many back guaranty. After agreement singing 1 st party will provide a 15 days
software trail version for testing purpose. In this time if 2 nd party does not satisfy they will be cancel the
software agreement. In this situation 1 st party will return 70% amount of total received amount that was
received from 1st party during the agreement singing. 30% will be deduction for overhead east. This
opportunity only appropriate within 10 days trail version.

2.0. Maintenance and Troubleshooting Free for first 3 (Three) Months from the date of work
1 order.

Note:
 Web based price only for One Branch. For other branches / Unit client have to pay additional 80% of total
software price.
 For Web Base Software: Second parties have to pay additional amount annually for hosting & registration fees if uses
hosting servers.
 Any Hardware price is not included in this price quote.
 After 3 month you have to pay monthly maintenance charge 3000 TK for each branch.
 After first year (next every year on first month) second party have to pay yearly license fee 20,000 TK for Software
renewal.

Schedule:
o 60 (Sixty) Percent of the Total Amount is required to be paid in advance on work order.
o Rest of the amount is to be paid within a week from the date of establishment.
