NOTICE TO GUESTS

JET HOTEL HOUSE RULES

Dear Guests,

We are happy to welcome you to JET Hotel, your home away from home. To ensure
that you have safe, peaceful and comfortable stay, we would very much appreciate
your cooperation and compliance with the following Hotel Policies based on the New
Normal Protocols of the DOH and the DOT:

1. Guests shall accomplish the provided Health Declaration Checklist (HDC)


daily, upon arrival or return from outside business.
2. When in queue, please follow all floor markings at the Hotel to maintain social
distancing. Only 2 persons are allowed per elevator.
3. LGU Curfew Hours from 7:00PM – 5:00AM should be strictly followed.
4. All guests concerns may be communicated via in – room telephone. Dial three
zeroes (000) for the Front Office Guest Service Assistance, available from
6:00AM – 7:00PM.
5. Visitors of guests are not allowed and cannot be entertained inside the Hotel.
Any item intended for a Hotel Guests may be left with the security guard
posted at the Hotel’s entrance for proper sanitizing before handling over to the
FO staff who shall then communicate this with the guest. The guests
personally picks up the item from the FO.
6. SMOKING is strictly prohibited within the Hotel Guestrooms and Function
Rooms. A designated area is provided at the Roof Deck.
7. Guests of JET Hotel should also be guided by the following mandates:
a. Proper hand washing etiquette, respiratory etiquette, and proper use of
face mask must be practiced.
b. Hotel staffs are not required to show the guests to their rooms after check
– in, unless strict physical distancing is followed.
c. Plunge Pool use is from 6:00AM – 10:00AM & 2:00PM – 6:00PM only.
Please follow Pool Policy.
d. Hub and Spoke Restaurant is open from 6:00AM – 6:00PM daily and
following Safety Protocols. For Food Orders dial 111.
e. JET Hotel does not encourage guests to take out any “left over” food from
the event. The client therefore assumes full responsibility and holds the
hotel from any and all liability arising out of the “Left-over” food taken out
of the event.
f. Client shall not be allowed to bring any type of food and beverages
prepared by Hub and Spoke Restaurant by guest hotel for safety reasons.
g. Comply with proper garbage disposal system of used PPE and of all trash,
food and non food. Replacement requirements for trash bags may be
communicated with the front office (Dial 000).
h. There should be strict observance of physical distancing protocol at all
times.
i. Room parties are not allowed. JET Hotel limits the maximum numbers of
persons per room to 3.
j. Guest shall use the same bed and the same room where he / she is
billeted throughout the entire period of stay.
k. Daily housekeeping and turn down service is highly discouraged. Linen
replacement, as well as cleaning and sanitation of rooms shall be only
conducted within 8:00AM – 5:00PM once every week, unless extremely
necessary.
l. Bathroom amenities and toiletries will be provided upon request.
m. Pets are not allowed inside Hotel Vicinity.
n. Gambling is not allowed.
o. Appropriate attire required in all public areas.
p. JET Hotel parking lot can accommodate up to 40 cars only.
q. Management assumes no liability for Guest’s lost, misplaced, stolen, or
damaged valuables or belongings. For the convenience of the Guest,
electronic safety locker is provided in the room to store valuables.
r. The Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the Hotel
Property caused by himself / herself or his / her visitors.
s. Any concern, emergency or irregularities should be promptly reported to
the Front Office. A map that shows emergency exits may be found at the
back of your room door.
t. JET Hotel reserved the right to amend, cancel or modify these Hotel
Policies, or the content of our Hotel website at any time, pursuant to
updated government policies without prior notice.
