    Q.1 Two cells of 50µm large are separated by distance of 1 nm. The numerical aperture of the
    objective is ~1.23, and interacting light is having wavelength of 400nm, will you be able to resolve
    two cells? Justify your answer based on calculations shown.

    Q2. Name different cell organelles in prokaryotic cells and briefly write the function of each
    organelles.

    Q3. Classify fungi in different classes and also write the basis of their classifications.

    Q4. Name some commercial product that is produced on the large scale using fungi. Also write the
    process outline and some challenges in the production of that product.
