This journal article provides research into the measurement of the factors on how the
target's speaking skills at the foreign language department Van Lang University, Vietnam. the
writer chooses this journal because it is related to the speaking skills which are conducted by the
writer's research. The authors of the journal explain briefly and knowledgeable about speaking
skills. besides that, the author also provides a statement from experts to support the research.
Second, the qualitative approach is used to determine variables using SPSS app questionnaires.
The article was taken is timely and provides a qualitative explanation within a social one in
understanding how the weak ability students in English increase and shows improvement in
speaking skills. this journal article supports the writer's research that still related to speaking
skills especially about speech. last but not least, the author also delivers the point with accuracy,
simple yet complete enough for the other researcher to develop their research in the same field.
