Dear Mrs. Dr. Russell,

We have the pleasure to inform you that the ERASMUS+ VET bid, within the EUMATCHING project,
acronym NAKSVERHOS – SPSCOUT20, developed by EUCONTACT* Ltd. - *at home in Europe /
EUC, as coordination and intermediary institution, in cooperation with ŞCOALA POSTLICEALĂ
COMAN / SPSC, as sending institution based in Romania, with VEREINIGTE HOSPITIEN / VH,
public foundation, as hosting partner in Germany, has been funded by the ERASMUS+
European Agency in Romania, as per notification published on the 6th of July 2020.

We would herewith like to confirm that, commencing with Sept. 2020, we shall start with the due
preparations pertaining to the linguistic module (vocational German, with sector-specific vocabulary
in the area of Nursing for General Care), cultural module and induction into the 2-week professional
programme in Germany.

The planned flow periods and flow sizes comply with the European bid details, as previously
agreed with all parties involved, as follows:

 Flow 1: 16 Romanian Nurses for General Care, 3rd year of training, on the verge of
graduating and 2 members of staff (accompanying persons)

Planned period of the work-based learning at VH: 12.04.21 - 23.04.21 (arrival in DE:
11.04.21; departure from DE: 24.04.21);

08.05.22; departure from DE: 21.05.22).
