We can also do a second call to make it easier on schedules. Let me know either way. Thanks,

Rob,

Thank you for the update. I can be available on either Monday (except from 2-2:45) or Tuesday
(except from 11-12) of next week. I am not sure of others availability. Can you remind me when
MVP is going to start bringing workers into the state? I was thinking there was some urgency to
our review of their proposed worker protections.

Thanks!

Hi Julie,

I just learned that the key person for the Mountain Valley Pipeline meeting Friday has been called into
a court proceeding that day, so we’ll need to re-schedule. We have broad availability on Monday and
Tuesday. Unfortunately, next Wednesday through Friday is also bad for us, but the following week is
mostly open. Let me know what works for you. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks Julie. Mountain Valley Pipeline received a key federal agency approval last Friday. There are two
other federal approvals that were waiting on Friday’s approval. My best guess is construction will
commence in two weeks, but it’s subject to those other approvals.

Dear Mr. Shinn,

I am reaching out regarding your recent correspondence with VDH with the request to review
and discuss the COVID-19 preparedness plan for the Mountain Valley Pipeline workers. We are
happy to set up a meeting with you this week or next week, and think it would be helpful to see
the plan ahead of time to help guide our discussion.

If you would please send us a copy of this plan, I can also follow up with you about setting up a
meeting.

Sincerely,
Rachel Ellick
