Next Phase Systems Inc. hereby confirms that First Republic Bank, our direct Client has gone through a
confidential agreement where, Mr. Saujan Lamichhane has been assigned work as Java Developer at
First Republic Bank’s office located at 388 Market St., San Francisco CA 94111 under the terms of a
confidential agreement executed between Next Phase Systems Inc. and Nclipse Solutions, LLC.

Per industry convention, we tend to execute work orders for a short duration and extent them
incrementally through project completion. The actual duration of this project is ongoing and expected to
exceed three years. Saujan Lamichhane will work 40 hours per week.
As a Java Developer, Mr. Saujan Lamichhane will be responsible for performing the following duties.
 Serve as a technical expert on best practices for API development, with a primary focus on REST-
style APIs.
 Serve as a technical resource on building event-driven systems that bridge the gap between
asynchronous and synchronous operations
 Research emerging and established technologies and evaluate them for adoption at First
Republic Bank.
 Develop platform references and starter kits for our existing platforms to accelerate and
improve the quality of software development.
 Expert at mainstream programming language in Java, J2EE.

The minimum education to perform the job duties is a Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Computer
Science or a closely related field.
 Full-stack developer with experience client-side JavaScript frameworks (preferably Angular,
TypeScript), Node.JS, NPM, server-side frameworks (Java / Spring / Spring Cloud / Hibernate /
Spring Boot Microservices).
 Strong programming skills in Java, Python, and shell scripting.
 Experience with messaging (Kafka) based integration and Microservices.
 Deploy and maintain web applications using Docker, Jenkins build tools and CICD pipelines on to
Openshift containers.
 Develop unit testing, integration testing, performance testing and load testing of the web
application.
 Experience with CI and CD tools, and source control such as GIT and SVN.
 Good Experience in RDBMS area like Oracle, MySQL
 Lead requirement gathering meetings and review designs with the product owner.
 Expertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines.

Saujan Lamichhane is an Employee of Metahorizon INC. Even though Mr. Saujan Lamichhane
assignment is with First Republic Bank, neither First Republic Bank, nor Next Phase Systems Inc or
Nclipse Solutions, LLC asserts any employer-employee relationship or right to control over Mr. Saujan
Lamichhane. Metahorizon INC. is responsible for the supervision of Mr. Saujan Lamichhane, his salary,
job location, and actions such as hiring, firing, providing vacation, insurance and compliance with all
applicable laws or regulations.
