Present: Pastor Gilbert Smith, Pastor Neville Forrester, Pastor Mario Silva, Pastor
Enrique Silva, Pastor Marisol Garcia, Pastor Louis Moses, Pastor Daniel Grant, Pastor
Mike Femi Mehunro, Pastor Fredrick Gordon and Pastor Kidnorman Bodden. Pastor
Derrick Valencia asked to be excused due to work. Pastor Lindsay Gladden asked to be
excused due to funeral for sister in Belmopan.

Discussed:
Pastor Mario Silva encourage Pastors with a word from Psalm 77 where the Lord leads
the flock and never forsakes the flock. Devotion by Pastor Mario Silva John 17 that we
as a Church may be as one as we are one. We are serving the Lord with vision for the
mission. We remain faithful and remember the Lord our God for He is faithful.

Pastor Louis Moses mentioned that there is a wall of separation in the Assemblies of
God and that the English Work is a separate work than the Spanish work. Pastor Mario
encouraged is though that God is in control. After a year of Meeting Pastor Mario stated
that we must do some assessment and evaluation of last year.

Pastor George Lamb asked that the minutes be printed. Pastor Mario Silva asked that
we take advantage of the Evangelistic outreach Shaking the Nations as an opportunity
to reach the lost. While Pastor Enrique Silva noted that the Spanish churches were not
present at the Evangelistic Meetings in preparation for Shake the Nations Revival
Crusade.

Pastor Neville Forrester noted that there be selectivity in the role the English Churches
play in the Shake the Nations Revival Crusade where the skills of English can be used
as we participate in the crusade.

Pastor Daniel Grant recommended that a letter be drafted to the Executive Committee
and we call an emergency meeting with the Executive Committee to update on the
planning of the Shake the Nations Revival Crusade on our role and how we can
participate in the revival crusade. The meeting should be with the Presbyter - Mario
Silva, Vice Superintendents - Carlos Cartagena and George Lamb, Superintendent -
Pastor Abel Reymundo, Treasurer – Pastor Marisol Garcia and General Secretary and
English Pastors.

Pastor Neville Forrester has been going to Cancun for treatment for the past months
and has written a letter to the Assemblies of God for assistance with his medical
expenses. Pastor Ruth Pipersburgh will need to be called regarding the return of the
tent.

Pastor Marisol Garcia expressed that planning needs to be done and that it is
imperative that we meet as a body of English Churches and determine what role we will
play in the Shake the Nations Revival Crusade in December. Where we can get
involved, coordinate, cooperate and for that we need information.

Matters arising from the Minutes:

Concerns raised for information to be communicated and forwarded to Coordinator
Pastor Carlos Cartagena and Pastor George Lamb regarding Music, Meetings and any
information for Ushers and Intercessors at Shake the Nations Revival Crusade.

Letter to be drafted requesting Emergency Meeting with Executive Committee regarding

details of the Shake the Nations Revival Crusade with all English Pastors Belize District.

Church Reports:
Light Assembly of God Church- Pastor Gilbert Smith asked for continued prayer as we
continue the National English Prayer Fellowship and Evangelism Revival Services at
Light Assembly of God Church Belama. He also stated that the Church Property at Light
Assembly of God I now in the Assemblies of God name with Title to the Property after
seven years thankfully.

Prayer Points:
Pray that we walk worthy of the call which we were called as Men of God. 1 Corinthians
9:27  But I discipline my body and bring it into subjection, lest, when I have preached to
others, I myself should become disqualified.
