2-) The health and safety system is the set of disciplines that seeks the physical,
mental and social well-being of people. Its objective is the promotion of health and
the prevention of accidents and diseases that occur in the workplace.

This management system is of vital importance because thanks to this

management system we can avoid or at least lower risks at work and ensure the
health of workers.

3-)This management system must be applied when an occupational accident occurs in a

company since the person in charge of this system is in charge of dealing with this case
since this system is in charge of ensuring the safety and health of the worker

If a company does not have this system in place, it could receive a fine or a total closure of
the company.
