The two maps below show the changes in the town of Bonner from 1936 to 2007. Summarise
the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where
relevant.

The two maps above illustrate the changed of the Bonner town from 1936 to 2007. Overall, the
Town of Bonner has changed from a suburb area to a modern area.
The Bonner town has five main areas, in 1936 the first area was a green zone with three trees
but in 2007 the trees were cut down and only one tree remained. The second area was a river
and vacant zone in 1936 but after 71 years (2007), it's converted to a Residential Area. Another
significant changed was the cycle path, in 2007 the cycle path was replaced with a long road.
Moreover, the government office was reconstructed as a museum in 2007. While the Farm
Land made into a golf course. The Sweet Shop and Butchers are merged and converted to
Supermarket in 2007. Similar to the sweet shop, Flower shop was demolished and changed into
a travel agent office.
However, there are several buildings or facilities remained during this period such as the Post
office, bank and library. Interestingly, there is a new shopping centre built between the
supermarket and the bank area in 2007.
