Tenure: One year or completion of project whichever is earlier. Based on the duration the
project and review of performanc€, the tenure may be extended further for a period of2 more
years.

|ob requirements/ Nature of lob: The incumbents are expected to participate in the
ongoing plan/consultancy activities and the placement of the candidates in different
functional divisions will be done as per requirement of the institute, keeping in mind
the lcrowledge and experience of the selected candidates either independently or as
part ofthe team. The candidates are expected to adhere to the mandate ofthe institute
and work towards the overall R&D goals of the Institute. The selected candidates shall
be willing to work in Headquarters, Regional Centre at Kozhikode orany otherlocationas
assigned from time to time. Vacancies include anticipated vacancies which are likely to
arise during the financial year. Shortlisted candidates alone will be called for the
interview through online or in person.

General Conditions:
o The engagement which is on contract basis in respect of all above positions will
confer no rights on the candidates, whatsoever, implicitly and / or explicitly for their
continuation beyond tenure/absorption / regularization in NATPAC.
. The projgct personal may be required to travel as per need.
. Reservatlon and age rclaxation is applicable as per KSCSTE and Government of
Kerala instructions.
o Director reserves the right to increase/ decrease the number of positions and also
modily/cancel the r€cruitment process for the positions mentioned above at any stage
ofthe recruitment process. The decision ofthe Director will be final and binding.
