Job Description – HR Executive- Fresher

We are looking for a Fresh candidate who will recruit, support and develop talent. You will be responsible for
HR tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.

Roles and Responsibilities

1) Take charge of the recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads & managing the hiring process
2) Develop and implement HR initiative
3) Create and implement effective on boarding plan
4) Develop training and development programs, if and when needed
5) Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
6) Maintain employee records (attendance, Insurance, ESIC etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
7) Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

Any Other task that might arise

1) Understanding of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.
2) Proficient in MS Office Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
3) Excellent communication, Interpersonal skills, Problem-solving and decision-making ability
4) Strong ethics, Teamwork Culture, Knowledge on Analytics ( Added Advantage)
