VALUES AND BENEFITS of TABLE TENNIS

1. Health and Fitness- Playing Table Tennis is very good for one’s body

for it allows the body to excrete sweat wherein it also improves the

heart rate as it is a form of exercise. It also increases the fitness level

of the players because in continuously playing the game, the agility

and coordination of the player is improved or developed.

2. Make New Friends- Playing Table Tennis is a great way to find and

connect new peers with the same interest. Involving in sports like this

also increases your camaraderie and boosts your sportsmanship that

will holistically make a better person you are.
