The Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held on Tuesday, 30th June,
2020, have approved the following:

a) Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31 March, 2020.

b) Recommended final dividend at the rate of 60 % of the paid up share capital

(Rs. 6 per share) subject to the approval of shareholders in upcoming Annual
General Meeting.
