The unbalanced transportation (minimization) is a situational where quantity demand is greater than
quantity supplied or vice-versa. To be able to solve unbalanced table, it is essential to make a table
balance.

📝Note:
1. If demanded is greater than supply, use or add a dummy supply/dummy row.

2. If a supply is greater than demand, use or add a dummy demand/dummy column.

Example 1:

Supply is greater than demand

The given table us unbalanced, since supply = 105 and demand = 100. S>D add dummy demand.
