HYPOTHESIS
If you drop something it will fall at -9.8m/s^2 because that is the set gravitational pull

MATERIALS
Spark Timer
Ruler
Timer Tape
Catalog
Masking tape
200 G weight
SETUP
1. Secure the spark time on at the one end of the table
2. Grab the timer tape and put it in the back side of the spark timer (Shiny side up)
3. Take the front side of the timer tape and tape it to the top of the 200 g weight.
4. Drop the weight of the table a couple of times to make sure it goes through properly
5. Turn the spark timer on and make sure it is on 60Hz
6. Then drop the weight off the table again and get the timer tape
7. Take the timer tape and a cm ruler and measure the distance between intervals
8. Take that information and plug it into the table
INTERVALS Total Time Displacement in Total Average velocity
(In seconds) intervals Displacement

1 6/60 0.021m 0.021m 0.21m/s

2 7/60 0.025m 0.046m 0.39m/s

3 8/60 0.028m 0.074m 0.56m/s

4 9/60 0.03m 0.114m 0.76m/s

5 10/60 0.034m 0.138m 0.82m/s

6 11/60 0.037m 0.175m 0.95m/s

7 12/60 0.039m 0.214m 1.07m/s

8 13/60 0.042m 0.256m 1.19m/s

9 14/60 0.044m 0.30m 1.29m/s

10 15/60 0.046m 0.346m 1.38m/s

Calculating results
4. 11.072= 2(0.346) / (15/60)^2

Apply
5. The increase in gravity would be fatal to most and destroy almost all construction and objects
known to man, most things aren’t built to support more than their built for, therefor it would not
only affect the olympics but also everything we know
