DATA CENTER – Maintenance Activity

DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITY:

We have scheduled maintenance activity at on Oracle hardware at PR site.

All virtual machines will be powered OFF during this activity except IRIS environment. Virtual
environments related to T24/IDM/OSB/FCM/TCIB at primary site will not be accessible
throughout maintenance window.

Activity Summary:

a) Maintenance activity on EXALOGIC Nodes which requires complete restart “One by One”
b) Security hanrdening on all WEBLOGIC T24/OSB/IDM/TCIB.
c) UAT-1 & UAT-2 environment will not be accessible.
d) All relevant stakeholders are requested to ensure their backups before the activity.

SCHEDULE:

Start Time:                        Jan 31st, 2019 at 2:00 PM.

Expected Finish Time:      Jan 31st, 2019 at 11:00 PM.

ACTIVITY WINDOW:

Approx. 9 hours.

IMPACT:

 No impact on BE/BEMF production environment as activity will be carried out on Oracle Hardware.
 Only IRIS application is dependent on this hardware, however we will minimize the impact on IRIS
however any unexpected disruption in IRIS may be seen during switch only.
