Last night Rocio and Rodolfo, her boyfriend, had dinner with Mark and Anita Smith. They are
an American couple from Houston. She was happy because Mrs. Smith spoke English to her all
the time and she understood almost everything. They had a wonderful time, but she ate too
much and drank red wine. (Red wine usually gives her a headache) She got home at 2:30 in
the morning and immediately went to bed. She forgot to set the alarm clock.
She took a quick shower and left home 15 minutes later. She didn´t have time for breakfast,
but she wasn´t hungry anyway. She bought an Alka-Seltzer on her way to the office.
Although she was late, she drove slowly and carefully because there was a lot of traffic.
