CHECKLIST OF AIC CURRENTLY IN FORCE

Period of validity: from 13 OCT 2016 to PERM.

1 PRELIMINARY ARRANGEMENTS
The intention of this Aeronautical Information Circular (AIC) is to list the AIC
that are currently in force.

2 SCOPE
This AIC contains information that applies to all users who in the course of their
duties use AIC as a source of information.

3 CHECKLIST OF AIC CURRENTLY IN FORCE


3.1 The list of AIC available on the AISWEB is the checklist of the AIC currently in force and
the published AIC that will come into force on a later date.
NOTE: In the case of an AIC in force, whose revocation is already determined, the date of
revocation, as well as the number and title of the AIC or other Publication that originates it
will be clearly indicated in the online AWSWEB checklist.
3.2 Listed below are the AIC A in force on 13 OCT 2016. From this date on, new AIC
will be issued and others will be revoked or canceled. These updates may be followed
online, on the AISWEB, available at http://ais.decea.gov.br (choose English option).

4 AIC REVOCATION OR CANCELLATION


4.1 An AIC may be revoked:
a) By a new one that replaces it. In this case, this will be informed in the “Final
Arrangements” section of the new AIC; or
b) By another (regular) Publication issued by DECEA. In this case, this will be informed on
the AISWEB.
4.2 An AIC may be cancelled in two ways:
a) Automatically, at the end of its period of validity; or
b) By its withdrawal from the AISWEB, when the responsible entity requests it.

5 DATE OF PUBLICATION AND PERIOD OF VALIDITY


5.1 The date of publication of an AIC will be provided in the header of the first page, right above
the AIC number.
5.2 The period of validity of an AIC will be provided above its title. If the expiration date of an
AIC is undetermined, it will be informed as PERM (Permanent).

6 FINAL ARRANGEMENTS
6.1 This AIC will enter into force on 13 OCT 2016.
6.2 Cases not provided for in this AIC shall be settled by the Head of DECEA’s Operations
Subdepartment.
