Dear Sir,

With reference to your enquiry, we are hereby submitting our offer as per following :

1 Providing & fixing of (WINTECH/ECOWIN) glazed sliding cum casement Rs. 6500.00 Per SQM
window/ ventilator as per approved design made out of multi chambered
UPVC sections with TPV gaskets having isolated drainage and reinforced
with galvanized iron profiles through out the window. The sliding outer
frame having a overall size of 60x45, 94x45 with reinforcement of 1.2mm
thickness, glass sash with overall size of 39x58mm with reinforcement of
1.2mm thickness, glass sash with overall size of 39x58mm reinforced with
1.2mm of GI. Section glazing bead for fixing of glass shall be of size
20x18mm coextruded with TPV gasket. Windows may also have fixed
casement portion on top and Ventilators (Openable & fixed) with outer frame
size 60x55mm sash size 75x60 mm and beading of size 34x20mm. Window /
ventilators shall be provided with 5mm plain / 4 mm Pinhead float glass,
standard hardware & locking system. Wall thickness of frame & sash shall be
2-2.2mm. The installation shall be done using steel fasteners and all the edges
shall be sealed using silicon on both inside & outside faces including cost and
conveyance of all materials, accessories, labour charges for transportation,
installation at site complete as per direction of Engineer incharge.
2 Solid PVC chaukhat: Supply & fixing of integrated Foam PVC (Solid PVC) Rs. 1150.00 Per RM
Door frames made of Foam PVC sheet without Lead & Cadmium stablizer
manufactured by Iso-9001, ISO -14001 & ISO-18001, quality &
environmental management accredited company having 525 kg/cum density.
All edges to be white polished with Titanium Die Oxide & melamine. The
Frames to be fixed to walls using dash fastners and gap to be filled with white
coloured silicon sealant. All the work to be completed as per direction of
Engineer in charge.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Order should be released as a Work Contract Order only. However Work Contract Tax 4% or as applicable
may be deducted from our bills.
2. Above prices are inclusive of all Work Contract Taxes (WCT), Duties, Freight & Installation.
3. All cheques and cash payments in favour of M/s Descon Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd. payable at Lucknow.
