Registration : Registration Counter, Level 3, East Wing.
Registration starts at 7.30am until 9.00am on 16 July 2018 ONLY.
* Please present your Identification Card to expedite the process and for verification
purposes.
Identification Tag : Every participant will receive an identification tag upon registration. Please wear
your identification tag at all time throughout the Conference.
Conference : All sessions are held at the Plenary Hall, Level 1. Participants are advised to be
Sessions punctual at all sessions.
Conference : All participants will receive printed conference materials upon registration. Any late
Materials papers/presentation slides submitted by the speakers will be made available on
CTIM’s website for the registered participants after the Conference. A hyperlink to
download conference materials will be provided by the Secretariat.
Collection of : The Certificate of Attendance will be arranged alphabetically according to the
Certificate of PARTICIPANT’S NAME. Please collect your Certificate of Attendance at the
Attendance registration counters on:

Refreshments : Refreshments will be served at Foyer Level 3.

Day 1: 1.00 pm – 2.00 pm
Day 2: 12.45 pm – 2.00 pm
Prayer Rooms : Prayer rooms for Muslim men and women are located at Level 3, Level 1 and Ground
Floor.
Attire : Office wear.

Entrances to the :  The Main Entrance is on Jalan Pinang opposite the UOA Building.
Convention  The West Entrance is opposite the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Ballroom entrance.
Centre  The Park Entrance is in the centre of the building and can be accessed on foot
through KLCC Park.
Public Transport LRT Line
Participants are advised to use public transport i.e LRT line if convenient. You must
disembark at KLCC station and make your way to the Convention Centre using the
air-conditioned pedestrian walkway from Suria Shopping Centre Concourse Level.

Car Park : The car park is an auto pay car park. Please pay at the auto pay machine located in
the car park lift landing before proceeding to your car.

*the car park is managed by KLCC Parking Management Sdn Bhd and the rates are subject to
change without prior notice.

Alternative car parks are at Suria KLCC or open car park located nearby to Menara
UOA II, Jalan Pinang.
