Reflection

Business simulation is a game that we have elements of teamwork, cooperation, and

decision making in the situation. Business simulation is combining game elements of

simulations, modern technology and media creates a learning solution that has many benefits.

This kind of group simulation taught us about the scenario we facing, it’s showed us how we

can work together and learn from other people’s experience.

Business simulation seek to put us in realistic scenario that we will encounter this when

we work in the real world. Putting us in an environment that recreates the real world that we

can decisions immediately when it comes in the situation. To get the most out of a business

simulation game there are several things we should do as students. Mirror real business

challenges in your simulation story. Blend physical tasks and technology to create impact.

Test throughout development to hone the gameplay. Use images and video to enhance the

learner experience. Use game data and reporting to add value to the feedback stage. If you

create a business simulation that includes these elements you can expect to see the following

benefits. As student impact doing this business simulation, to have learned the different kinds

of the position when it comes of business. A simulation allows us to learn by experiencing the

consequences of our actions and repeating different strategies to see different outcomes. In

this business simulation, it shows that we have knowledge of the business when it comes of

problems we encounter in the business world. It is building us critical skills in a realistic

environment.

I realization about business simulation,at first in the business simulation experience I can

say grateful that I have group to do then I am one who role play as character. As character

challenged for me because you did’nt know what can you do the time of business simulation

begin. I realized that it is difficult to do things in real world experiences , it makes us meet the
time will come to us. In this business simulation, i can gain knowledge to solve a problem by

a teamwork of the company and  good decision-making when it comes the problems given to

us. It created to us responsible that we meet the situation that we have present of mind to do

to solve the problems. Every place we had in this business simulation, it gain to us the

knowledge of moral and values that the business we had someday we can cover up the

situation we facing it. It takes us good decision-making challenges and problems that we

created us responsible possible and right to solve the problems. In this activity, I realized that

we had more knowledge about business and we can do this time if ever we had profession

someday we can facing it the problems and challenges we meet in business world.
