Aim: - To draft the project plan for Character Extraction In Different Illuminating Conditions.

1. Objective: -

We can extract any text from the illuminated image or blurred image.
We are processing that image in the MATLAB software for text extraction.
Optical Character extraction is used to extract text from image.
Text will be extracted from image at any illumination condition.

3. Project Approach :-
3.1 Project Initiation

3.1.1 Planning
a) There are total 2 members in our team.

b) Project must be completed before 15 september 2020.

c) Team members are- Tumisha Chokhani, Mahak Gawate.

Resource Allocation:-

a) Team members will need their own laptop.

b) Webcam need to be installed.

c) Team members have to manage the total expenditure of the project.

Project Execution

Designing
a)
First we take the image having text.
If the image is clear, the project runs but if the image is not clear or in different illuminating state then
we have to the second step.
b) If the image is in illuminating condition then automatically that image would start processing in the
MATLAB software.
c) After the second step a clear image is in front of the client or customer.

Implementation and testing

After the designing our team will work on the testing .
We take the various illuminated image and process it in the MATLAB software.
If we get the proper text then all right.
If not then again we have to work on it. When we get the proper information from the image then it is
ready for deployment.

Project Deployment

a) Our project is ready for installation.

b) First of all, there will be a demo platform, when costumer or client start using it.
c) There will be proper rules and regulation for the users so that they follow the proper guidelines.
d) Virtual guide will be given.

Maintenance:

4.1 Update:-
Our team will regularly be working on the project for the new and additional feature for the client.
When there is some change in it then there will a new update.
