    INDICATIONS FOR FLAP SURGERY :

    • Infrabony pockets.

    • Pockets near, upto or beyond junction.

    • When osseous surgery is indicated.

    • Isolated deep pockets.

    • Suprabony pockets in maxillary anterior teeth for esthetics reasons.

    • Different flap
    techniques
    are :
    1. Modified Widman
    Flap.

    2. Undisplaced Flap.

    3. Apically Displaced
