    Strategy 11 is a gross requirement planning strategy that does not consider available stock. It creates planned independent requirements for the full customer order quantity regardless of existing inventory levels. For example, if there is 10 units of stock on hand but a customer order is for 5 more units, it will plan an order for 15 total units to fill both the order and restock inventory. The strategy displays customer requirements for information only and does not factor existing stock into production planning.

    Available stock is 10 PC

    Customer order is for 5 PC

    PIR is created for 15 PC and MRP Run is carried out

    Result: - Planned order for all quantity i.e. for 15PC is created
