vendors. It was crucial to analyze and research vendor submitted claims through their
well-established systems, such as AS400, SAP, Microsoft Excel, Vendor Portal, SSF, OMS,
Winshuttle, Commercehub, Alteryx, and Gmail before offering a solution. The RTV team
of 10 people researched and resolved thousands of vendors' submitted claims every
week. I was responsible to review, audit, organize, send denial letters to vendors, execute
payment through SAP system, and close the claims on a regular basis.

I worked as a Business Analyst at Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, the largest wine and
spirits distributor in the United States. My responsibility was to support Southern’s sales
division and its suppliers. It was crucially important to maintain & manage business
relationships with Southern’s sales divisions & the suppliers’ VP, GSM, and Trade and
Development on a daily basis. On the analytic side, I utilized advanced Excel formulas
& formatting, NSM, ProDiver, GoSpotCheck, and AS400 to calculate monthly sales
incentives & commissions payouts. The 6 months’ experience at Southern Glazer’s Wine
& Spirits had developed analytical thinking and organizational skills to stay on top of
the heavy & complex workload. Although the company has been established since 1968,
Southern had all the resources to improve and I had learned to adapt to a change as the
company had grown.

I worked for OPPO Indonesia (PT. World Innovative Telecommunication) from April
2019 through January 2020. My responsibility includes maintaining the OA system,
implementing Yezi system through data collection and conversion. I was responsible for
troubleshooting errors within the OA and Yezi systems and provided solutions to users.

I have been working as Terminal Management at PT. OASE Teknologi Asia since February
2020. My responsibility involves in processing requested offline branding for 29 areas
and reports to the sales director. I am responsible to manage all offline marketing bases
for OASE as well as responsible to come up with new ideas to improve OASE's offline
marketing. I am also responsible to stay on top of areas branding fee reports and prepare
all documents needed to make branding payment.

I have a very strong desire to work at MarkPlus, Inc and I would love to contribute through
my educational and professional experience which I aspire to bring significant value to
your organization.
