Assembly sleeves for the valve stem sealing ring

An assembly sleeve must be used when installing the valve stem sealing ring (1) onto the
inlet and outlet valves.
This prevents the sealing lips of the valve stem sealing ring being damaged by the grooves
on the valve stem.
An assembly tool is needed to press the valve stem sealing ring down.
Assembly sleeves and assembly tools are provided in various sizes for the different valve
stems.
The different assembly sleeves are also available as a set. The associated assembly tools
must be ordered individually.

Assembly instructions for the valve stem sealing ring

● Oil the new valve stem sealing ring lightly.

● Insert and hold valve.
● Slide the assembly sleeve over the valve stem.

● Press the valve stem sealing ring in with the assembly tool as far as it will go.
