Situation

While working as HVAC Engineer at First Gulf Company, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, there was the situation raised related to maintaining the ethical code of conduct
with following the safety and other standards.

Action

I was responsible for HVAC mechanical system consisted York reciprocating chiller plants, Petra screw type compressor chiller plant including all pumps and water
treatments of chilled water system.

I also worked on air handling unit’s uni-zone and multi-zones, FCUS, VAVs, package units for main building office of Governor Riyadh, Royal court, Deera mosque,
Masmaq Mosque and Haya buildings. I followed all the ethical standards in the work and maintained the mechanical engineering code of conduct throughout the work
tenure.

Outcome

I implemented the HVAC mechanical system installation with the safe substation determination for the site and for the public spaces. I set the ground fault
protection settings and conducted testing for safety limits which was according to Saudi code of conduct.

The client was very much satisfied with the execution of the work activities.

Situation

I was responsible for both HVAC and KLE, kitchen and laundry services.

Action

It included all pumps and water treatments for chilled water system. There was HVAC system which consisted of about 10,000 ton chillers (Reciprocating and
Centrifugal) of various sizes and various brands including, “Carrier”, “Trane”, “York”. More than 1000 air handling units of various sizes. More than 100 packaged/roof
top units.

Outcome

There were more than 500 split A/C units, 3000 fan coils units and more than 1000 window A/C units. It included large number of kitchen and laundry equipment, cold
storages, etc. combined. I finally prepared a report which included all the points.

Situation

A client came to us reporting power factor surcharges at several of their terminals. I was responsible for reviewing the existing electrical systems and
making recommendations to correct the low power factor issues.
Action

I was able to understand design codes and its specifications. I prepared HVAC site qualifications & BOQ with estimation. I applied adequate knowledge of the
pipe installation, duct installation and plant room installation of HVAC equipment’s. I attained the cooling tower, chiller plants reciprocating, centrifugal, AHUS, and
FCUs commissioning. I applied adequate understanding related to the chilled water blanching and commissioning of the buildings. I handled labors and site

I executed site safety and followed the SSOW and work permits and ensure work permit receivers on site while execution its confined space, cold, hot and welding and

Situation

The technical situation was faced related to the HVAC installation which was needed to be sorted using mechanical engineering skills.

Action

While working as HVAC Engineer at Yamamah Palace, (Official residence of King) ORPR sites, I was responsible for both HVAC and KLE, kitchen and laundry

Situation
