Alice Isn’t Dead

Alice Isn’t Dead is a podcast told

by a series of audio diaries. The main
narrator is a truck driver traveling
the country and looking for a wife she
thought was dead. Along the way, she
meets some new people and even more
nasty creatures.
This podcast produced by Night
Vale Presents. Although not quite as
horrific as many movies, there are
plenty of unsettling details to make
your skin crawl as well as a
semi-realistic representation of people,
relationships, and- most importantly-
fear.

The Heart of Ether
The Heart of Ether is a
relatively new- but very promising-
podcast. It’s told through a series of
voicemails to a character named Rose
from a person named Irene Gray.
This podcast is produced by
Three-Eyed Frog Presents. It starts
off spooky right away, a figure outside
a dorm window, a strange mold in the
corner of the old house in a small
town. I really enjoy the mystery
aspect, I have a lot of questions

The Penumbra Podcast
The Penumbra Podcast is made up
of two stories. One is the story of a
sad detective in a futuristic city on
mars and an homme fatale that
steals his stuff. The other story is
set in a medieval town with
monsters and magic and romance
and other cool stuff.
It’s directed by Sophie
Takagi-Kaner. I really like it. I
don’t really listen to the Second
Citadel(the second one), but the
story of Juno Steel is just.... I love
it, I love it so much.
