RE: Request of 1000 giant bamboo tree seedlings

Dear Maam/Sir;

Good day!

The Sangguniang Barangay Officials will have its tree planting activity as in line to its Annual Barangay
Investment Plan (ABIP) at watershed of barangay Magsaysay, Libjo, Dinagat Islands in this month of July
2020. The main objective of the activity is to protect the surrounding areas comprising the watershed by
means of planting trees. Yet barangay Magsaysay is unfortunate enough to provide stuff use for planting
specifically the seedlings.

In line to this, we would like to request your good office to help us provide 1000 pieces of giant bamboo
tree seedlings in order us to proceed to our aforementioned activity. We know that this activity will be
more productive if you will help us this way.

For environmental concerns, we look forward to your positive response us we will continue reaching out
