AFFIDAVIT OF DISCREPANCY
I, MAY ABRAJANO BANIQUED-CASTILLO, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, married
and a resident of Mallig, Isabela after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law,
do hereby deposes and says that:

I am the same person executing this affidavit;

I was born on May 10, 1969 at Mallig, Isabela to Spouses Felicito Baniqued
(deceased) and Victoria Abrajano;

However, upon careful scrutiny on my Certificate of Live Birth, as hereto

presented, the date of marriage of my parents written therein is AUGUST 14, 1969,
instead of their correct and registered date of marriage of AUGUST 14, 1965, hence
the same is now making discrepancy thereof;

The error was caused honestly maybe by the clerk then who erroneously supplied
and recorded the erroneous entry and negligence on the part of my parents who did
not immediately verified the same on the thought that it is properly accomplished,
but is not intentionally created to defraud the duly constituted authorities or
whatsoever;

I am executing this affidavit in good faith, attesting to the truth of all the foregoing
statements as above stated, informing the authorities concern for proper
identification and for all legal intents and purposes it may serve.
