The Life Story of a Great Man

I have a friend, his name is Tasman. He is only 21 years old, but he has finished his
bachelor’s degree. Currently, he is taking his master's degree at one of the leading
campuses in Jakarta and majoring in architecture. He has been studying hard in his
education to create a big change. He believes his education will be very helpful to the
community, especially for people who are less able. He is very determined to develop his
knowledge and hopes that poor people will be using his project in the near future and thus
are able to have a better life. He has set up extraordinary and strict project plans with the aim to
finish it within 3 months. He projects that one of his newest projects will have readied for
use by the end of this month, and hopefully, people really will have been using the project
in the coming year.
Its rapid progress is not of unfounded reasons. When he was 7 years old, he lost his
father after he and his father had experienced the tsunami that hit his village. His father
was accompanying him to play on the beach until finally, a tsunami came that dragged his
father. He regretted the incident very much; he said that his father would have been not
disappearing if his father had not decided to accompany him. His mother being a single
parent and his mother had been raising him alone. It was the most difficult time he felt.
