    Dear Ma’am,

    Please accept this letter as formal notice that I am resigning from the position
    of Technical Support agent. I will be working as a Choral Director again as my
    usual Job before Covid-19 happened. My last day of employment will be on
    September 30, 2020 which the effectivity occurs on the same date.

    I appreciate the opportunities that you have given me over the months and it
    has been a great pleasure working with the company. I am thankful for all the
    challenges and opportunities that my position has afforded me and I will
    always value my time here.

    I wish you and the company all the best moving forward.
