    1. Report cards are filled in by the homeroom teacher.


    2. Achievements are recorded using grades 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, UKRAINE
    10, 11, 12*. In case of insufficient evidence, use “No grade” (NG). MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND SCIENCE
    3. At the end of each semester, report cards are distributed to
    students by the homeroom teacher. STUDENT’S REPORT CARD
    4. Report cards shall be signed by the parents and returned to (secondary school)
    the homeroom teacher at the beginning of the next semester.
    5. During the school year, report cards shall be kept in the school Session / school year: 2018/19
    office.
    6. At the end of the school year, reports are signed by the Student name: S A M P L E S T U D E N T
