GUIDELINES:

1. Academic Calendar
• The Academic Calendar is only for odd semesters. It provides 16 weeks. Minimum 15 weeks need to be as per UGC
norms vide D.O.No.F.1-1/2014 (Secy) dated 12 November 2014. Programmes approved by Statutory Bodies will
have six days working in a week to meet minimum number of days (100 days) during the semester.
2. Online Re- Registration
• Online Re-registration of senior students should be completed atleast one week prior to commencement of semester
and ensure smooth conduct of same:
• All students must register online for Guided Self-Study Course (GSSC) before the commencement of semester.

3. Uploading of Course Master Session Plan and E-Content


• Course Master Session Plan (MSP) to be uploaded on Amizone by Chief Course Coordinator for faculty to develop
the e-content. The faculty teaching the course is required to upload MSP with modifications (upto10%, if required)
well in time for students.
• Designated faculty to upload the duly approved e-content after necessary quality checks for the course prior to due
date.

4. Class schedule, Course Coverage and Students Learning


• The class schedule be planned as per credit units and L-T_P structure of a course.
• Initially classes of all courses will be conducted in blended learning mode remotely on MS Team. Face-to-Face
teaching on campus will start as soon as situation becomes favourable.
• The classes schedule should be so planned that considering all the activities, holidays, events, breaks etc., syllabus is
covered within the given time frame. In case the syllabus is not covered as planned, extra classes should be
conducted during the week or on Saturdays with prior aaproval of HoI
• The course faculty must ensure requisite number of sessions required as per the credit units must be conducted for
effective student learning.
• Assigned course faculty must conduct scheduled GSSC classes and complete assessment for as per university
guidelines and regulations.

5. Assessment of Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs)


• Assessment of Course Learning outcomes to be even distributed during semester and be conducted online /offline
using appropriate assessment methods.
• Feedback to be provided to the students for their improvement by the course faculty.

6. Examinations
• The end semester examination will be conducted offline/remotely depending upon prevailing situation
