Health Is The Right Way of Life
people take health as usual thing. But this is not so; health must be protected and strengthened.
Unfortunately, in the modern world, young people prefer sitting at home at the computer or
talking on the phone, instead of going for a walk if the weather is nice, or going to a sports club.
Now young people are lazier and this is primarily harmful to their health. How could it be
1) to sit on the Internet for no more than 3 hours a day and spend more time with
friends outside. This restriction will not only protect young people’s eyesight, but
also prevent obesity.
2) Start playing sports. For example: join a sports club, go to the gym or just play sports at
home. For youth, our government can organize some interesting sports events that they
could take part in not only with friends, but also with their family.
3) Get rid of bad habits. Such as: smoking, alcohol, drugs, fast food and unhealthy food.
