 Anti-dumping duty: An anti-dumping duty is a protectionist tariff that a domestic

government imposes on foreign imports that it believes are priced below fair market
value.

 Taxaction: is a term for when a taxing authority, usually a government, levies or imposes a
tax. The term "taxation" applies to all types of involuntary levies, from income to capital
gains to estate taxes.

 Provision: a statement in a contract or a law that a specific thing must happen or be done;
a condition or a requirement in a legal document.

 Jurisdiction: the authority of a court or official organization to make decisions and


judgments.

 Substitutable products: is a good that can be used in place of another. In consumer theory,
substitute goods or substitutes are goods that a consumer perceives as similar or
comparable, so that having more of one good causes the consumer to desire less of the
other good
