Online Switch and Redirection Requests
Online Switch and Redirection Requests
A Redirection request only applies for plans where new money is being
paid into the plan. It specifies in which fund and how much of any new
investment should be allocated to that fund.
Switch and Redirections are only available online for Choice and Vision
products.
To start the Switch and Redirection process, view the plan details and click
on the Switch/Redirection tab shown in the top menu. The tab is
highlighted in the image on the below
Switching is available to all Vision and Choice plans. Redirections are only
available on premium paying Vision plans.
To perform a switch, at least one fund must be chosen to sell, along with
the percentage of the holding to be sold. Target funds – where the
proceeds of the sale are to be invested – must also be selected. More than
one target fund can be selected, however the total percentage allocated
must be 100%.
Double check all details as, once submitted, Generali will act on the
instruction - Any changes will require contacting Generali directly.
Once all details are completed, click on the “Proceed” button to submit the
request to Generali:
Once submitted, all Switch and Redirection requests are available to view
from the Documents tab under the Switches and Redirections sub-
category.
The total percentage across all funds must add up to 100%. This new
selection will REPLACE all of the previously selected allocations.
Prior to providing the request to Generali you must confirm you wish
Generali to proceed with the instruction by ticking on the Confirmation box,
highlighted in the image below..
Double check all details as, once submitted, Generali will act on the
instruction - Any changes will require contacting Generali directly.
Once all details are completed, click on the “Proceed” button to submit the
request to Generali:
Once submitted, all Switch and Redirection requests are available to view
from the Documents tab under the Switches and Redirections sub-
category.
