Materials:
Pencil
Eraser
White Piece of Drawing Paper (short)
Crayons or juice of a Flower or a Leaf
Explanation:
Do you still remember some of your experiences that you have encountered last vacation?
Example, you had a picnic at the beach, visiting a place for the first time, etc.
Painters draw objects that they wanted to remember. Are you also interested to draw one of the
experiences that you have encountered last vacation from your memory?
Evaluation Number 12
Directions:
1. Draw from memory one of the experiences that you have undergone last vacation. Use a
pencil to do it. Color your drawing with crayon or juice of a flower or of a leaf.
2. Make your own design. The example below will serve as your pattern.
3. Label your art design as “Drawing a Design from Memory” and write “Evaluation Number
12” below the design.
4. Rate your art design using the following rubrics.

1. Following the procedures in making the design
2. Using appropriate materials in creating the design
3. Logical arrangement of ideas presented
4. Showing creative expression of ideas presented
GRAND TOTAL RATING ÷ 4 CRITERIA
AVERAGE RATING
Example: 5+5+4+3 = 17 ÷ 4 = 4.25
5. Send every rating for every evaluation done.
6. Compile your art design in an Art Album and submit the album at the end of the semester.
