▪ Engaged on a joint-mandate for debt arrangement of up to USD 250 million (on full recourse basis) for
enhancement of transmission and distribution systems of K-Electric Limited
▪ The transaction was recently awarded the “Utility Deal of the Year” in Asia Infrastructure Awards 2019 by

▪ Undertook groundwork and marketing activities for the lenders’ approvals amidst the uncertainties
surrounding the tariff
▪ Conducted an extensive review of KE’s pooled security assets whilst liaising with existing local and foreign

Long Term Project Finance transaction of USD 85 million for a 74 MW co-generation power plant
▪ Engaged on an exclusive mandate awarded to Faysal Bank Limited for financial advisory and debt
