I am Bishal Bhandari, currently doing my Masters of Business Management (MBM) from Shanker Dev
Campus (Tribhuvan University). This questionnaire is a part of research on the topic 'Impact of
Employee Empowerment on Job Satisfaction with in Nepalese Commercial Banks' for the
