We, at the Corporate Communications Committee, would be conducting a

committee meeting on October 9, 2019, between 8:45pm – 11:45pm. The
agenda of the meeting would be to elect the joint secretary of the committee.

We humbly request that you give us permission to occupy one room of

Gurukul for the duration of the aforementioned time period.
