During installation, the valve set should be washed with transformer oil before twisted onto the transformer tank. Then the plug should be twisted into valve set, and assemble the sealing gasket and valve sleeve. When sampling transformer oil,operator must turn off the valve sleeve, then insert the injector into the plug mouth and sampling oil. Using this valve, the oil sampling can eliminate the influence of the moisture and other elements in air and the accuracy of the test data can be assured.
